The Malayan Safari Philosophy

Malayan Safaris was started and run by a small group of friends who are passionate outdoor and Land-Rover enthusiasts. From the outset we decided to keep our tours small and exclusive, and most importantly, SPECIAL. We ourselves have been on many holidays were we felt just one of the crowd, and so we wanted to create a unique kind of adventure experience that really made our guests feel at home, as if they are going out on a trip with a group of friends.

Our mission statement is to help create awareness of the wonders of the Tropical Rainforest, in the hope that generations to come will know of the need to protect and cherish this fragile treasure. By letting people see and experience the beauty of the jungle, we hope this message will be passed across the world.

We make it a point to personally go on every trip. Our expeditions are run in small, intimate groups of up to 5 passengers per vehicle, along with a fully trained and equipped support team.

We take great care to ensure we minimise the impact on the environment we pass through, and are proud to uphold the principles of the “Tread Lightly” movement.
